Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and energetic Office Administrator to manage daily
operations in our Fairfax, VA office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a
"shining personality" who thrives in a close-knit, small-office environment.
Schedule & Location
• Onsite: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fairfax, VA 22031)
• Remote: Friday (On-demand/flexible hours)
• Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
Compensation & Structure
• Initial Period: 6-month contract (1099), $20.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)
• Growth Potential: Opportunity to convert to a permanent position with benefits after 6
months.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support administrative tasks using MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Proactively identify and solve office needs with minimal supervision.
• Handle physical inventory and light facility management as needed.
• Order lunch for the whole office.
• Track assigned tasks, multitask, ensure results are delivered on time.

- Experience: 1–3 years of office administrative experience.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs.
- Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (handling packages/supplies).
