Duties & Responsibilities:
 

1.1. IT Operations Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the distribution, tracking, and progress control of work orders, ensuring timely communication with Client's order issuers.
  • Accountable for the execution, feedback, and resolution promotion of established procedures and standards (including but not limited to Technical Standards "SOP", "Knowledge Base", and Management Standards "Outsourcing Management Standards") at the IDC site.
  • In charge of IDC site operation and maintenance data collection and record-keeping.
  • Tasked with the technical training and assessment of on-site operation and maintenance engineers.
  • Responsible for regularly enhancing, organizing, updating, and submitting on-site operation and maintenance experiences for review and approval by the Client project team, then assisting with updates to the "Knowledge Base".
  • Required to write and send various reports (such as operations and maintenance weekly reports) on schedule.
  • Obligated to complete other IDC operation and maintenance tasks with high quality and efficiency as required by the IDC manager.
  • Inspect the data center regularly to identify issues promptly and report them to the data center manager.
  • Continuously summarize and update on-site operational experience, submitting it to the data center manager.
  • Respond to new work orders and emergencies as required by the SLA.
  • Responsible for 724 and 58 shifts at the data center, strictly adhering to all on-site standards and processes.
  • Rapidly respond and provide on-site support in situations such as critical safeguards or sudden emergencies, as per the Client project team's requirements.

1.2. Asset Management Role Responsibilities:

  • In accordance with the "IDC Asset SOP," manage the asset management work of Client's data center.
  • Handle the registration tasks for data center asset check-in and check-out.
  • Coordinate the relocation and racking of data center equipment.
  • Manage the data center storage room, including inspections, planning, asset check-in and check-out, and organization.
  • Rapidly respond and support on-site in the event of emergencies or critical safeguard situations as required by the Client project team.

1.3. Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the regular operation and maintenance of the data center's electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems, including carrying out routine maintenance plans, and handling faults in electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems.
  • Manage the data center's infrastructure safety, capacity, availability, cost optimization, etc., continuously improving and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and mentorship to front-line staff.
  • Assist in the on-site execution and coordination of projects related to electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage system optimizations.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by Client.
  • Rapidly respond and support on-site in the event of emergencies or critical safeguards as required by the Client project team.
