Title: IT Director – Project Platforms
Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, CA | Arlington, VA | Houston, TX | – Hybrid 2 -3 days/week onsite

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director – Project Platforms with expertise in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry, specifically within utilities, renewable energy, energy, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a deep understanding of Oracle systems, including Oracle Primavera and P6, and has experience implementing and enhancing these systems to optimize business processes. This role requires a candidate who can oversee day-to-day operations and effectively integrate scheduling tools to improve visibility and coordination across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage in-depth industry expertise in EPC sectors to provide solutions that support business objectives.
- Manage the implementation and enhancement of Oracle systems, ensuring a deep, technical understanding of these platforms.
- Oversee daily operations of Oracle Primavera, maintaining oversight and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Integrate Oracle P6 with Unifier to address scheduling visibility issues and streamline project management processes.
- Collaborate with schedulers and project managers to ensure effective use of Oracle tools for project scheduling and coordination.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technical roles with a focus on Oracle systems within the EPC industry.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera and P6, with a solid understanding of project scheduling and system integration.
- Strong finance background, including knowledge of FP&A, Accounting, and the ability to communicate effectively with CFOs and project delivery teams.
- Familiarity with the project lifecycle within the construction industry.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP experience is a plus, with knowledge of its integration as an ERP system.
