ASCENDING Inc, is an advanced AWS partner specializing in a variety of services and solutions surrounding Cloud Migrations, custom web app development, data analytics/big data and DevOps. We are currently looking for a Market Analyst to join our group.

Duties:

• Collect and analyze customer demand, preferences, and buying behavior data to identify potential markets and key factors influencing product demand.
• Engage with key stakeholders to discuss marketing strategies and ROI, providing monthly reports to track progress and address challenges.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Tableau, and MySQL to visualize data, generate HubSpot reports, and present actionable insights.
• Conduct digital marketing analytics, including SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM, A/B testing, and customer segmentation, to optimize campaign performance.
• Manage marketing channels and paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and other social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Perform competitive analysis to assess competitor strengths and identify opportunities for product optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to analyze customer satisfaction data and market trends, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, including trend forecasting, promotion design, social media integration, and budget management.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in marketing, economics, or a closely related field.
