Account Executive - IT Staffing
Term: Full Time/FTE
Location: DC Metro Area. 4 days onsite in 22031

ASCENDING Inc. has almost doubled in size over the last year. IT staffing isn't new, but our solutions and services are. Our custom screening process, which few competitors can match, and our industry-leading consultant benefits have helped us grow and win new business.

As an Account Executive, you will win new clients for our IT staffing services and grow those relationships over time. We are looking for someone exceptionally driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset. This role involves a lot of on-the-job learning, so mindset and attitude matter most. You should have a strong track record of staying self-motivated, taking complete ownership of your work, and demonstrating an exceptional work ethic.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 3–10 years of experience in business-to-business sales or another performance-driven role
• Strong polish and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record as a self-starter, with examples to share
• Passion for solving problems and learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous talent acquisition experience (highly preferred)
• Industry experience in technology, finance, fintech, or accounting
